Did you know that the X-Ray used by dentists today was born 115 years ago today? Furthermore, the x-ray was invented by accident by a german physicist Wilhelm Roentgen?
150 years later, endodontists and dentists are continuing to use the xray images to treat our patients. With the advancement of the digital imaging technology, we are now able to reduce the radiation exposure. At Endodontics & Microsurgery Center, we utilize the advanced Kodak digital sensors to better treat our patients and able to cut the radiation exposure down to 20%, as compare to a regular film x-ray!
We thank the invention of the x-ray, as well as the advancement of the digital technology. Even Google is celebrating this milestone with an x-ray themed Google doodle!
